They provide us with a unique blend of lower protein flours which amounts to tender crumb that is easy on the stomach, without any additives, preservatives, binders, fillers or conditioners. We also blend whole white wheat flour milled to a fine powder. This meets the child nutrition meal compliance while offering a pleasant, easily digestible taste that is not overly heavy or "wheaty".
